My five sisters and me were all born in Kingman, AZ and grew up in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona.
My mother’s family moved to Mohave County in 1939 and my mother has lived in Mohave County since that time.
My mother has had colon cancer and one of my sisters passed away with ovarian cancer. I had pre-cancer cells and had a hysterectomy.
My father was born in Mohave County and had skin cancer. My grandmother, paternal, whose family moved to Mohave County when she was young, had melanoma.
My husband grew up in Las Vegas Nv., Clark County, and passed away due to small cell lung cancer. He also had skin cancer.
Yes, I believe that the fall out from the atomic testing at the Nevada Test Site in Clark County has affected Mohave County, Arizona.
