Another note from Laura
Eleanore - there's been several rumors and quite a bit of speculation
about
the funding of the RECA program. I receive so many calls from panicked
clients who "heard" that IOUs were being issued, and the program was no
longer funded. I have attached an article that came out in November -
thought you might like to pass this along to your mailing list. It
explains
that the program has been refunded until 2007.
