I would like to receive any information, forms, etc for the Mohave Downwinders. My husband, James Hughes, was born and raised in Kingman, and has Leukemia.

His mother had colon cancer and step-father had lung cancer and they lived in Yucca. His mother moved to Yucca when she was two and lived there until last year. She passed away at the age of 91. Jim's stepfather lived in Yucca for over fifty years. Jim's Uncle Vernon (Nick) Potter was born in Kingman and lived there until he died of cancer in 1985. Vernon Potter's wife, Caroline, also died of cancer in 1984 and had lived in Kingman for fifty years.

I have looked on the internet for information and wasn't able to get more than one page of information. I called June (used to be Attebery). She said that she would get in touch with Eleanor and that she would contact me. I know that June has been away and has been very busy, so I thought I would try to contact through the email. [I had received the email address from Gerry Wooten.]
